DANIELA ESTRADA, ESQ.

Daniela Estrada was born in Colombia. At the age of 5, she moved to the United States and grew up in Miami, Florida. She attended the University of Florida, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. During her time there, she attended a year-long study abroad program at the University of Manchester in Manchester, England, focused on accounting and finance courses.

Daniela received her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School. During her legal education, Daniela participated in a study abroad program at the University of Oxford in Oxford, England, where she studied international human rights law. She also interned at the U.S. Department of Commerce and served as a judicial intern at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

Daniela is admitted to practice law in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Florida, and specializes in Plaintiff’s personal injury. Daniela’s compassion, assertive negotiation skills, and absolute commitment to getting her clients the compensation they deserve has allowed her to successfully resolve hundreds of injury cases and consistently achieve successful verdicts and settlements for her clients.

Prior to starting Estrada Law Firm, Daniela worked as the Director of Legal Services for the largest personal injury law firm in the nation and managed the entire pre-litigation department for its Washington, DC office. Daniela also worked as a litigation attorney for other personal injury law firms in Maryland and Washington, DC, where she successfully conducted trials and obtained favorable judgements for her clients.
